This is the black Evotion Orion male chastity device. This is how mine will look when it is reprinted.

The Evotion people got back to me about replacing the dog-chewed component of my Orion male chastity device (My Evotion Dog Snack). They offered to print a new one at a reasonable cost. Since I had trouble with fading on my original device, they strongly suggested I get the jet black version. Unlike the other colors, this version is actually printed using black nylon material. It will stay the same color. They also offered to reprint (it seems so odd to refer to a solid device being “reprinted”) the entire device so that the colors would match.

I’m in love with the matte black finish. I think it has a macho, industrial feel to it. I’m especially impressed by how understanding Yvonne at Evotion has been. It’s clear that she is very sensitive to how I feel about my chastity device. That means a lot to me. Aside from being cool looking, the black Orion resolves the details of the design even better than the red one I had before.

Even before the dog ate my chastity device, I had decided that for me the Orion is absolutely perfect in terms of comfort and function. Unlike other devices I have worn, including the Jail Bird, the longer it stayed on the happier I became with it. Because it’s made from medical-grade nylon, it’s very light. A good deal of the time I’m unaware that it’s even there. Because of the design, I can hardly feel pressure when I attempt to get erect. Everything stays very well contained and comfortable. That means my sleep is never interrupted by the chastity device.

My pet peeve with wearing a cage is difficulty with peeing standing up. The head of my penis can move inside of the Jail Bird cage, for example.  My urethra can be partially blocked by one of the bars. That means that urine sprays everywhere unless I use a Q-tip to push the head back into position. That is a real annoyance for me. I had similar problems with every other chastity device I’ve tried. I know other men do as well. Many just end up sitting down to urinate.

My urethra stays centered and in place when I wear the Orion. I don’t have to think about it at all when I need to go to the bathroom. I haven’t had a single problem urinating standing up while wearing it. I consider that amazing. There is a good reason it works so well. Inside the center section, there is a circular ring at the very front. When the devices put on, I pull the shaft back until the head of my penis (glans) is just poking out from that section. The ring seats itself in the depression between the head of my penis and the shaft. The third piece of the device covers the tip of my penis. Because of that ring inside the center section, the head of my penis cannot move back. It’s locked into position. That means it’s always correctly centered. How cool is that?

The “ring” at the front of the center section fits into the groove just behind the head of the penis. This effectively locks it into position.

Obviously, measuring correctly is important for this device to work well. The Evotion website gives you all the information you need to correctly measure. The measuring process is very different than it is for other devices. Length measurements are done along the top of the shaft. This makes it much easier to get things right. It’s absolutely critical to get each measurement as perfect as you can. My device fits like a second skin.

It took me a while to get used to the way it looks. There is a gap between the center section and the tip. A small amount of skin is visible. This is the bottom of the head. It’s not particularly erotic and useless in terms of trying to cheat. It just looked a little bit weird because I was used to wearing devices that completely covered my penis.

I really like wearing this device. I miss it. For the moment, Mrs. Lion is letting me remain wild. I could end up in my Jail Bird temporarily until the replacement Orion gets here. I don’t look forward to the Russian roulette game of urinating while wearing it. I’m completely spoiled after wearing my Evotion Orion. I can’t wait until my replacement arrives.

Yesterday was our 15th wedding anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been so long. It feels like a lot less. In another way, it feels like we have been together forever. I’m very grateful that Mrs. Lion feels the same. Before I met her, I wished for a loving, stress-free relationship. Thank you, Fairy Godmother! You may note that I didn’t include anything sexual in my wish. I decided that sex was far less important than peace and love. As it turns out, I was right.

Love breeds good sex. Love, not male chastity or BDSM makes people want to make each other happy. I have a great if-generally-frustrating sex life because Mrs. Lion wants me to be happy. For example, she isn’t terribly fond of the work it takes to put on and remove my male chastity device. Because she knows that wearing it works for me sexually, she puts in the extra work.

I’m currently wearing the Evotion Orion 3D-Printed male chastity device. It’s custom made and fits perfectly. It’s made of nylon and is so light I forget I’m wearing it. The design is the most perfect I’ve discovered to date. Unlike other male chastity devices designed for men without penis piercings, it’s in three parts. The other device, like the Jail Bird are in two parts: the base (cock) ring and the penis cage. The Orion has a base ring, a penis shaft cover, and a head (glans) cover.

This design is the same as the devices they make for men with pierced penises. Those devices are in two parts: a shaft cover and the glans cover. The glans cover attaches to the piercing. The Orion adds the base ring to keep the device locked in place. The reason I am so fond of this device is that the shaft cover is designed to fit just up to the glans. It effectively locks the glans in place. When the shaft shrinks and expands, the glans is firmly locked in place. The head cover has a lot of room for the urethra. That means peeing is just as simple with the device on as it is with it off. That’s why I’m so happy with it.

I believe that there are three things that make a male chastity device great: effective prevention of erection and masturbation, wearing comfort, and ability to pee standing up. The Orion meets all three. Mrs. Lion reports that it is relatively easy to put on and take off. The one drawback, and for me it is a major one, is that the color faded almost immediately. My device went from a beautiful candy-apple red to a blah pink. I don’t know how this happened. Neither of us likes it.

Since the color doesn’t change the other, more important features, I am staying locked in the pink Orion. The fit is absolutely perfect and there is no way I will stop wearing an Orion. In my opinion, this is the best male chastity device on the market today. It outclasses the Mature Metal Jail Bird, my former favorite, by a mile. My Evotion Orion male chastity device is my locking foreskin. It covers the sensitive frenum just as a flesh foreskin does.

Over time I keep learning new things about wearing a male chastity device. I’ve written a lot about the obvious stuff: orgasm control, masturbation prevention, etc. There is a lot more to the story. I admit that I get aroused thinking about wearing a male chastity device. Even now, after years of wearing one, it’s still an exciting concept. Let’s face it, this is probably the motivation any male has when he asks to be locked.

I’ve discovered a more subtle value. When I’m wild (What Mrs. Lion calls it when I’m not locked in a chastity device), I often have some difficulty getting erect when Mrs. Lion starts massaging my penis. I’ve noticed that when she unlocks me, I begin getting hard even before she touches me. In the past, I figured that this was due to the fact I was horny and couldn’t wait to be edged.

Since she started locking me up again only recently, I’ve had several opportunities to experience getting aroused after a week or two of teasing. When I’m wild, it takes a while for Mrs. Lion to get my motor running. This is true even after two weeks of teasing. Since she locked me into my male chastity device, I’m erect almost instantly. Her first touches on the underside of my penis are amazing. I don’t experience anything like this when I’ve been wild.

I think it’s because my male chastity device prevents any touching. My penis is protected from my fingers, towels, even clothing when I’m allowed to wear them. It seems that this isolation increases my sensitivity. The male chastity device I wear is very comfortable. It’s made of light, medical-grade nylon. Most of the time, I’m not aware I’m wearing it. That means my penis isn’t aware something is covering it.

If the male chastity device didn’t fit perfectly, there could be sore spots or even slightly irritated spots on the sensitive skin of my penis. I’ve experienced this with some of the off-the-shelf devices I’ve tried. The one I’m wearing now feels like it’s not even there. But it is. And when Mrs. Lion unlocks me, she has an untouched canvas to stimulate.

I don’t think I would’ve noticed this phenomenon earlier in my experience. As I think back, this is been going on since the very start of my male chastity. I just thought my increased sensitivity was due to the fact that I was very horny after being locked up. It never occurred to me to test this theory. Only after spending considerable time without wearing a male chastity device, did I recognize the very different pattern of my responsiveness when I wear a male chastity device.

Mrs. Lion takes me out of my device almost every night. This arousal effect happens every single time she does. It doesn’t seem to have much to do with how long I’ve been in the cage. It appears to be the result of sensory deprivation for my penis.

This makes sense. The penis has a lot of nerve endings connected to the sexual arousal center of the brain. Contact between these sensors and fingers, clothing, etc. must desensitize many of these nerve endings. If they weren’t less sensitive, we would end up being aroused any time there was physical contact with the penis, sexual or otherwise.

When the sensitive areas of the penis are shielded from this sort of contact, they seem to regain sensitivity. I think that’s why Mrs. Lion’s first touches under the head of my penis are so amazingly exciting. I’m circumcised and I think that has a lot to do with this. An uncircumcised male has protective skin covering the frenum (that sensitive spot). The foreskin protects it from casual contact. When the circumcised male gets erect, the foreskin retracts and the frenum is available for stimulation.

Perhaps my male chastity device functions as a locking foreskin. It protects the sensitive area from nonsexual contact. Of course, I’m only guessing. I don’t have a foreskin and I have no real idea of how it works. I do know that at least for now, my male chastity device makes me much more sexually sensitive to Mrs. Lion.

As Mrs. Lion mentioned in her post yesterday, “Let’s Stop Talking About Cheating (After This)“, I’m back in my cage. Specifically the Evotion Wearables Orion. As I’ve said before, this is the most comfortable chastity device I’ve ever worn. The fit is perfect. I can’t tell it’s there until I try to get hard. Then I can feel slight pressure. Unfortunately, there is a small problem.

I haven’t worn it in a few months. It’s been safely stored in a zip-lock bag put away in a drawer. It hasn’t been exposed to sunlight, moisture, or anything else, even me. When Mrs. Lion retrieved it, she noticed the color had changed. It went from a brilliant, candy-apple red to a rather dull pinkish color. We were both surprised. It seemed to still have some gloss; not as much as it had when I got it.

My Evotion Orion is fading. We took the picture on the right yesterday. The one on the left was taken when I first received the male chastity device. As you can see, the color has faded in just a few months.

Mrs. Lion had to work a bit to get it on me. I had my usual struggle pulling my shaft back so just the head of my penis just pokes out of the end of the shaft tube. This is very important for fit. It was my own fault. A drop or two of water-based lube fixes the issue and rinses away with the first shower. I’ll remember next time. I knew there was a reason I left the lube on my nightstand.

After the device was on, Mrs. Lion looked concerned. I asked her what was wrong. She said that her fingers were red. I asked if she hurt herself. She said she didn’t. We both simultaneously said that maybe it was the chastity device. There is nothing else red in the bedroom. I have been good so even my bottom wasn’t red on Friday night. Besides, that color doesn’t rub off.

She went into the bathroom to wash her hands. She commented that the red came right off. It had to be the Evotion device. I wondered if the color will come off on my penis as well. We decided to wait until the next time Mrs. Lion removes the device to find out. If it does, I will reluctantly have to stop wearing it until it can be fixed. I sent an email to Evotion describing the problem. I hope they get back to me with a solution.

I don’t want to stop wearing my Orion. It absolutely solves every issue I’ve had with male chastity devices. It’s comfortable and doesn’t pinch me. I can pee standing up without checking the device to be sure my urethra is aligned. It’s invisible under clothing. I can wear it as long as Mrs. Lion wants.

The device is 3D-printed out of medical-grade nylon and then finished by Evotion to a beautiful, glossy color. Measuring instructions are simple and sane. If you follow them, you will get a perfect fit like mine. Let’s see what happens with my problem with the finish.
