Read the Manual

We are still trying to figure things out with the car. I drove it for the second time yesterday, not including the test drive. It’s got more buttons and settings than all our cars from the past ten years combined. It’s not like I want to be banging on a button while I’m driving just to see what will happen. Although, that’s how I figured out the cruise control on the way home from buying it.

Lion has spent hours pouring over the manual online. I was looking at it last night too, trying to figure out what a certain screen means. I found the control for the sunroof/moonroof. I can never keep those straight. It’s ridiculous when it takes two people, one with a master’s degree, to understand everything in a new car. It’s definitely smarter than we are.

I’m not sure if Lion is feeling horny yet. It’s only really been a day since his orgasm. Normally it takes him a few days, but sometimes he surprises me. Unfortunately, one of us usually feels under the weather those times. We can snuggle tonight. I’m not up for setting up the massage table. Somehow I hurt my wrist yesterday. Of course it isn’t the one the dog messed up. I have no idea how I did it. I’m sure it’s not broken. It just hurts. No fun for Lion tonight.

  1. Congrats on the new car. I bought a “new” 2020 car in January to replace a 2002. What a leap in technology! So many buttons and beeps. I love it, but still trying to figure out how it all works.

    1. We are too! We traded in a 2017 RAV4 hybrid. The new car came with a 300 page “Quick Start” guide! Sheesh!
