Puppy Breath

Willow sitting on Lion’s lap. She was tired from the long drive.

We hit horrible traffic on the way to pick up Willow. Around Tacoma and Olympia, there’s usually heavy traffic, but it’s never been that bad. We were an hour late. When we finally got there, we were attacked by a mob of puppies. They’re so cute.

She whined in her carrier for a while until she fell asleep. She made the four-hour drive without peeing in her box. She also made it all night without having any accidents. Since then, however, she’s squatted a few times before I could scoop her up and get her outside.

We got home after 11 last night. There’s no way we were doing anything sexual. We’re still both exhausted, so I don’t think anything is happening tonight. Maybe tomorrow.

It’s been nine years since we’ve had a puppy. I’ve forgotten how much I love puppy breath. I can do without the razor-sharp puppy teeth, but she’s too cute to get mad at when she chomps on my toes. My boss gave us some puppy toys. Every time I give her a toy, she proudly takes it under the bed to add to her toy pile. Every one except the squeaky pacifier. She barks at that one. You can’t win them all.

I know you’re tired of hearing about the puppy. Sorry. She’s all the news right now.

  1. I love hearing about the puppy. I don’t just read your blogs for the erotic content, I read it because I like knowing what’s happening in your lives. It’s not reasonable to expect daily bloggers to exclusively focus on one topic.

    1. Good point. Our canine adventures has pushed us further away from sex than usual. I’m happy you enjoy reading about other things we do.

  2. This is great news. Thank you for sharing them with us. I really like. And the Puppy in the photo is so cute.
