Quiet In The Lions’ Den

Mrs. Lion is still recovering from setting up and taking down our generator and associated cables. We have electricity but still no Internet. Comcast (Xfinity) is our ISP, and they don’t give a shit about their customers. We don’t have any other choices, so we are stuck with them. If you can avoid that company, do so! Our TV is satellite. For now, we are using our cellphone hotspots to get online. The 5G from TMobile isn’t bad.

I’ve managed to stay out of trouble. That saves Mrs. Lion the chore of spanking me. I like being able to sit comfortably. As she likes to say, it’s a win-win. I demurred from a butt plug on Thursday night. It’s inevitably going to spend quality time up my ass very soon. Neither of us was in the mood Thursday night. Mrs. Lion did try to get me aroused. That didn’t work out too well. It was my fault.

I’m busily at work on my second book. It’s another Leslie Peters adventure. If you haven’t read the first one yet, Fan Mail, you can get a free preview here. If you have read it, please leave a review on Amazon. Click here to review. Fellow bloggers, I would appreciate a mention on your blogs! End of shameless promotion.

It’s a great relief to me that a new president will be in office next week. His speech yesterday was a great relief. I’m one of the millions of Americans out of work due to COVID. Mrs. Lion and I have been struggling to stay above water since I was put on furlough last April. One reason I started my career as a novelist is to make some money. Crass, I know.

It turns out I like to write. The judges are still out on whether people like to read my fiction. I hope so. It’s a lot of fun for me. Please let me know how you like my first book. Thanks.

  1. Concerning the book: I am 3/4 of the way through the book. I find it difficult to leave the story to do things like, a bathroom break, lunch, sleep. I hope to finish it in a few days. I keep wondering if Les will lock Steve into a chastity cage?
