Honeymoon Lions

While it’s true Lion is here on business, we can still have fun along the way. After he picked me up from the airport and I’d settled into the room, we went exploring. We did a few touristy things before heading back to the room. We were both way too tired for anything more than snuggling. That’s fine. We love snuggling.

Today, Lion is off to work and I’m off to explore. There are so many things to do in the area. I just have to decide exactly what I want to do and how to get there. The how is less of a problem with busses heading in all directions. I just have to figure out which one is heading in the right direction.

Lion has already reminded me that today is punishment day. I owed him a punishment on Monday night when we weren’t together. And last night I think he forgot he wasn’t dining alone. He ate before I did. Silly boy. Good thing I brought the hair brush paddle with me. Although Lion did an even sillier thing this morning. He offered up his own hair brush because it is heavier than the one I brought. You want more pain, my pet? OK. Have it your way.

I’m not sure when Lion will get “home” tonight. He has meetings all day and then a business dinner. We’ll probably text throughout the day to check in with each other. I have a feeling I’ll be waiting for him. There’s only so much walking I can do with my knee still hurting to some extent. But then, there’s so many amazing things to do. I guess I’ll do what I tell Lion to do – suck it up, Buttercup. Sometimes pain is worth it.
